Harvey Tindall a62648ee68 fix cross compilation in goreleaser/drone 
Necessary for go-autostart to work on windows. Tray will be enabled by
default for x86_64 windows/linux binaries.

Harvey Tindall 8cf9b1f905 add basic tray functionality 
enable with `make TRAY=on ...`. Cross compilation apparently should work
from linux to linux & windows.
