+Magent's community should be practical, welcoming and safe for people with

+## Expected behavior

+- Be respectful and specific when discussing code, ideas or mistakes.
+- Assume good intent while accepting corrections and evidence.
+- Give useful context and protect other people's privacy.
+- Welcome questions without mocking a person's experience level.
+- Keep feedback about the work, not the person.
+
+Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexualized attention, deliberate exposure
+of private information, and repeated disruptive behavior are not acceptable.
+
+Maintainers may edit or remove contributions and temporarily or permanently
+restrict participation when needed to protect the community. Non-sensitive
+conduct concerns can be raised through the issue tracker. The public preview
+does not yet publish a monitored private conduct-reporting channel; do not put
+private evidence or personal information in a public issue.
